​Sarah has acted as our real estate agent since our first transaction in December 2003, one of the largest transactions in San Marino, CA at that time. Since then, Sarah has handled 9 additional transactions for us that have included both the "buy side" as well as the "sell side." Sarah is a consummate professional who has the knowledge and expertise to market, sell, and most importantly, close the deal on the sell side, and she has the analytical and the negotiating skills to do well for us on the buy side. She is one of very few realtors who has an MBA which shows in the quality of the complete package she delivers. Her marketing materials (print, digital and social media) are all top notch, noteworthy and eye catching. Sarah is very detailed oriented and has a team behind her to make sure that all deadlines are met, all t's are crossed, i's are dotted and closings go smoothly. The last transaction Sarah handled for us (closed in October) ran into a glitch where repairs needed to be made before closing that required weeks of contractor repair. Since we live out of state, Sarah provided daily access (as well as closed up each day) to make sure the repairs were made and the transaction closed. Without seeing this glitch through to completion, the transaction would not have closed. One other point, Sarah is highly respected and loved by her fellow realtors throughout the San Gabriel Valley which certainly helps Sarah's clients especially in multiple-offer situations.

To whom it may concern: Sarah Rogers sold our house at 2021 Le Droit Drive in South Pasadena just last month. I cannot say enough good things about her; she is amazing! We wanted top dollar for our house, but also needed to sell it quickly as we were in escrow on another house. Sarah had sold our neighbor’s house seven years ago and came highly recommended by that neighbor as well as another mutual friend.
