Prior to becoming a Realtor, Catherine was an American paintings and sculpture specialist in the fine art and auction industry for 30 years. Throughout her career in the arts, she has developed exceptional negotiating and advisory skills with high net worth clients who require a high degree of confidentiality. These essential abilities have transferred perfectly to assisting her clients in navigating the challenging terrain of buying or selling their homes.
Having been very interested in real estate for many years, Catherine decided that the time was right to move forward in her career and follow her passion for residential real estate. A long-time resident of Larchmont Village, Catherine has an in-depth knowledge of the residential real estate market in the Larchmont Village, Hancock Park, Windsor Square and Brookside areas. Catherine is committed to advising her clients with honesty, integrity, discretion and dependability.
Catherine is an active parent volunteer of Pilgrim School and is the Secretary of the Building and Grounds Committee at First Congregational Church of Los Angeles. The Committee oversees the $18 million construction of a regulation-size soccer field, underground parking structure and the redesign of new playgrounds for Pilgrim School.
With each closed transaction, Catherine makes a donation to the Alexandria House in Korea Town, near downtown Los Angeles. The Alexandria House helps to transition single women and women with children from emergency shelter to permanent housing. Their program offers financial literacy, goal setting, childcare, healthcare, counseling, skill building and education. Over 80% of the women who have moved through the Alexandria House have succeeded in securing financial stability and permanent housing. read less «
