25 years ago, a handful of chalk artists gathered at Pasadena City Hall to enchant a small audience. Today, about 600 artists attract tens of thousands of visitors to a two-day event. “Art in the Street: 25 Years of the Pasadena Chalk Festival” at the Pasadena Museum of History celebrates the silver anniversary.
